The Lois & Richard Nicotra Early College Charter School is designed to provide an innovative pathway to college graduation for all students that wish to pursue an interest in Business and Entrepreneurship or Law and Criminal Justice.
Nicotra Early College Charter prepares all students, including those that live with emotional challenges and/or other disabilities, to obtain their high school diploma and earn up to 60 college credits at St. John’s University.
In fostering both the academic and emotional growth of all students, Nicotra is an innovative educational model that enables students to develop the academic skills, emotional fluency, and confidence required to be successful today and thoughtful, open-minded leaders of tomorrow.
The vision of the Nicotra Early College Charter School is to enable students to reach their highest potential while gaining and enhancing an appreciation of the learning pathways of Business and Entrepreneurship and/or Law Enforcement and Criminal Justice as well as to pursue learning, to apply learning to life, and to contribute positively to their communities enabling them to become caring, productive global citizens.
