For our New Student Registration sessions, we’d like to remind all new families Nicotra Charter of the necessary materials and procedures needed for a successful registration.
Please note the two sessions will be held on Wednesday May 23rd and Tuesday May 29th at 6:00pm. Both a parent/guardian AND the new student must BOTH be in attendance .
Registration will be held on the grounds of Corporate Commons One, on the third floor.
FOR A SUCCESSFUL REGISTRATION ,YOU MUST BRING THE FOLLOWING:
- PROOF OF ADDRESS Utility Bill Ex: (gas, electric, or water) (WITHIN 6 MONTHS)
- PROOF OF BIRTH (BIRTH CERTIFICATE OR PASSPORT)
- UPDATED IMMUNIZATION
- COPY OF STUDENT’S INDIVIDUALIZED EDUCATION PROGRAM (IEP) – VERY IMPORTANT (WE NEED A FULL COPY OF THE IEP REPORT) WE WILL GLADLY MAKE A COPY FOR YOU.
- A COPY OF LATEST REPORT CARD
